William Dossett Family lived in this home on West South St. in Lebanon Indiana in 1917
the children were Marshall, Merle, Erma, and Genevie

This is the one room school located six miles south of Lebanon Indiana where Merle Dossett and two sisters Genevie and Erma went to shool in 1925 and 1926. Hasel Schank the teacher with about 50 students from 1st. to the 8th grade. Boys and girls outside toilet, a water well with a handpump and a tin cup for everybody to drink water from. The school had a room as you went in to hang your coat in. A potbelly stove to keep warm by in the zero weather.
