found pasted in an ancient dust-covered book at a yard sale I attended in
Louisville KY. I'm posting them verbatim in the hopes they will benefit

Mrs. Adelia RUNNER, aged 23 years, wife of Mr. Thomas RUNNER, died Sunday
at Lima, Ohio, of pneumonia. The body arrived here this morning at 5:30 o'
clock and was taken to Richardsville. The funeral services were conducted
at 10 o'clock by Rev. J. D. LINDSAY from the Green Hill Union. The
interment was in the church graveyard. The deceased was a devout Christian,
and was a member of the Christian Church at Lima, Ohio. She was a daughter
of Mr. F. J. MILLER, of the Ray's Branch neighborhood. Besides her husband,
she leaves two small sons.

BEN F. RUNNER DIED
At His Home Near Morton Branch. Daughter at Death's Door.

The sad news of the death of Mr. Ben T. (sic) RUNNER, at his residence
near Morton Branch, this county, was received today. The deceased was about
48 years old, and for some time had been a sufferer of tuberculosis. The
funeral will be held at Mt. Zion Church, and the burial will follow in the
church yard by the side of his first wife. The deceased is survived by his
wife and several children. He was a store keeper and farmer, and a man
highly esteemed for his many good qualities. His death is particularly a
sad one, as his daughter.(continuation of column not included in clipping).

Mrs. Eliza RUNNER, wife of Wm. T. RUNNER died last night at 9:30 o'clock at
her home in the Ray's Branch vicinity of consumption. She had been in
failing health for a year or two and for some time her condition had been
such as to give no hope for her recovery. Mrs. RUNNER was 50 years of age
and is survived by her husband and six children. She had been since early
childhood an earnest and zealous member of the Christian church and was not only an
active and consecrated Christian, but a good woman, who to know was to love
and esteem. Her death will be deeply regretted by all who knew her. The
funeral services were conducted at Green River Union Church this afternoon
at 3 o'clock by Dr. W. T. WELLS, of this city.
