He was on the tithable list from 1754 through 1773 when this statement appeared; Exolheath Page was excused by the court from paying public and county levies for the future as he is said to be "an ancient and poor person." March court of 1780 (BK 14, pg.21) case dismissed as plaintiff Exolheath Page being dead.
