It is assu med, but not proven, that William died shortly after their marriage. Ma ry presumably remarried abt 1793 to William Beck, the father of all of h er children. Marys will is recorded in Madison County, KY Will Bo ok G, p. 445. The will was proved May 7, 1840. A predominant portion of h er estate is left to her unmarried daughter, Winney. This results in at le ast one circuit court case brought by the other heirs to Marys estate. | |
