When she died (one record said 1815, another 1830), her body was brought to her fathers land on a sled and was buri~d on this high point. Her mother died around 1832 and was buried beside her. The church had been organized about 1820 91 in the home of either "Uncle Rob" Taylor or James Hudnal, and soon after the burials, the Meeting House organization built a log church near the graves. The yellow poplar weatherboarded Union Meeting House that replaced it was built between 1840 and 1850.
