Jacob Miller was of Pennsylvania Dutch descent. He and Margaret Penner were married in Pennsylvania. Annas record said Margaret was buried in G. R. U. Cern. Jacobs will, proved in April 1834 term of court, did not name his wife an heir but named all 12 children. We assume she had died before 1834 and that they were both buried in G. R. U. Cern.
