Nicholas Vincent Notes: born in 1675 in Providence, Providence Plantations (later Kings county, Rhode Island, now Washington county, Rhode Island). He was a shoemaker and a farmer. [1] According to the History of Stonington by Wheeler, Nicholas Vincent wed Elizabeth Reynolds in 1721 in Westerly, Rhode Island. [2] According to Torrey, Nicholas? Vincent married Elizabeth Dix (born 1697) on an unspecified date at Wethersfield, Connecticut. [3] They had ten children.
